An analyst and problem solver at heart, Talal Debs holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on renewable energy. With a career rooted in manufacturing, his expertise lies in data collection and analysis.
Talal previously worked on a similar project in his homeland alongside COO Mohammad, achieving remarkable success. Upon moving to Dubai, he reached out to Mohammad with a vision: to build a company that delivers IoT solutions.
He recognized that 92% of units, whether commercial, residential, or public, lacked automation and the necessary infrastructure to support it. Determined to bridge this gap, he set out to create a customizable, cost-effective solution that could adapt to any site. And so, Syncrow was born.
With a strategic mindset and a talent for seeing the bigger picture, Talal now leads Syncrow’s business development, marketing, and data analysis, driving the company’s expansion and growth strategy.
Mohammad Zakhour began his career as an Electrical Engineer and, over the past 18 years, has evolved into a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the construction and facility management industries.
Throughout his career, he has successfully worked with leading companies and high-profile projects, building a proven track record of delivering results.
Known for his ability to solve complex challenges with innovative solutions, Mohammad envisioned a company that would provide scalable IoT solutions while also enhancing customer experience. Partnering with CEO Talal, he applied his methodical engineering expertise to develop versatile automation solutions, leading to the foundation of Syncrow.
Today, Mohammad oversees Syncrow’s operations with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and customer-centric delivery, ensuring that its automation solutions meet the evolving needs of businesses.
