Chief Executive Officer

An analyst and problem solver at heart, Talal Debs is a Master of Chemical Engineering degree holder. Having been in the manufacturing field for most of his professional career, his core competencies include data collection and analysis.

Having previously worked on a similar project in his homeland alongside Mohamad, with massive success, Talal contacted him upon his move to Dubai and told him about his vision of opening up a company that provides IoT solutions. Talal realized that 92% of the units in Dubai, whether commercial, residential or public, were not automated and did not have the infrastructure to do so. In response, Talal decided he would create a solution that is customisable to any site and affordable to everyone, and will not stop until every existing unit in the UAE becomes automated, and Syncrow was born.

With a knack for seeing the bigger picture, Talal now oversees Syncrow's business development, marketing, and data analysis.

In addition to being the Chief Executive Officer at Syncrow, Talal has an extensive record collection and library of literature. Reading and writing are among his interests, and his favorite author is George Orwell. An avid traveler who considers himself an extrovert, Talal spends about 100 days traveling every year.

Mohammad Zakhour

Chief Operating Officer

Mohammad Zakhour began his career as an Electrical Engineer and evolved into a highly experienced professional over 15 years, holding multiple management and operation roles in the construction and facility management industries. He has a fruitful career with a proven track record of success dealing and working with several recognised companies and projects.

Considered a super engineer by Talal, Mohammad is able to find unique solutions to otherwise insurmountable problems. He wanted to create a company which can provide unique solutions, with enhanced service and customer experience. Mohammad lent his methodical engineering skills to build an IoT solution. Hence, Syncrow came to be. Considering the project his baby, Mohammad is passionate about growing Syncrow into a multinational company.

The Yin to Talal’s Yang, Mohammad manages the operational aspects of Syncrow’s automation solution.

In addition to being the Chief Operating Officer at Syncrow, Mohammad is an excellent chef, with a particular affinity for Arabic cuisine. A loving husband and father, he enjoys spending time with family and friends when he is not working and is also passionate about singing. Mohammad eats, sleeps and breathes Syncrow, so you will often find him researching how to improve his work and discovering new horizons.
